Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect with everything I could ask for, including a cozy and warm bed, an excellent bathroom with a spacious bath, shower, and tub, and a lovely harbour view. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and accommodating, making my experience even better. The location was exceptional, allowing me to relax outside while being close to all the attractions I wanted to visit in Vancouver. The dining experience was amazing, especially the vegetarian couscous, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was lovely, with comfortable rooms and excellent service. However, the room setup was a bit odd, requiring some effort to adjust the curtains. The location was convenient for my plans, and the dining experience was of high quality.
The hotel offers gorgeous and very comfortable rooms, though they can feel a bit undersized and cramped at times, especially during breakfast. The service goes above and beyond, with excellent friendliness from the staff. The location is perfect for relaxing outdoors while still being close to the room and nearby posh shopping areas. The dining experience varies, sometimes amazing, but occasionally below average. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms featuring a similar feel to Courtyard or Residence Inn. The food is delicious, and the Harbour view is spectacular. The location is convenient, being downtown and close to the river, and is an ideal choice for sightseeing.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered a breathtaking view of Coal Harbour and the vibrant Vancouver Christmas Market. The service was top-notch, making my holiday stay with the family truly memorable. Although the dining experience had its ups and downs, overall, it was a delightful experience with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The rooms, though a bit dated, were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the service provided was truly exceptional. The view from our balcony overlooking the waterfront was breathtaking. Special thanks to David and Hatija for their prompt assistance with the suitcase issue and the complimentary high-speed wifi to our room. The spacious room easily accommodated my family of four and was spotlessly clean.
The hotel is in a very central location in downtown Vancouver, making it fantastic for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and always ready when I arrived, meeting my standards. While the price was more affordable compared to nearby options, the dining experience had some outstanding options but could be improved with more traditional dishes.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for relaxing, but they had a terrible smell at times, which was quite off-putting. The service was fantastic, especially at the lounge bar, but there were some areas like room service where I received no response. The location was ideal, within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Vancouver, but the dining experience had limited choices during certain hours.
